Slap Me
Slap me, wake me up.I've dozed off once again.
The world slips by my gaze,
As I lay here in a daze.
Slap me, turn me around.
Let me feel the pain, again,
My eyes glazed over.
My head sunk in.
My world coming to an end.
Slap me, shut my mouth.
Before I let a slur come out.
My evil ways I need to mend.
I just don't know where to begin.
Slap me, oh friend of mine.
Let my wisdom come and shine.
I think so long, and so very hard.
I forget what I'm thinking on.
Slap me, for I have sinned.
Please just slap me once again.
Awaken my shuttering soul.
Tell my guardian angel to.
Just slap me and bring me back.
So if you see me.
Standing looking blank.
Slap me, please,
I need a whack................
