Soul's Window

If the Eyes are the Window to the Soul

What do they say about a person, whose eyes capture your attention?

Perhaps this is someone I should know

For this someone I will remember

If the Eyes are the Window to the Soul

What do they say about a person with dark eyes?

Perhaps this is someone who walks in darkness

Perhaps this is someone who is kept from darkness

If the Eyes are the Window to the Soul

What do they say about a person with Blue eyes?

Perhaps this is someone who lives to be a dreamer

Perhaps this is someone whose life is that of wonder

If the Eyes are the Window to the Soul

What do they say person with Green eyes

Perhaps this is someone who comes from Greatness

Perhaps this is someone whose life is that of mystery

If the Eyes are the Window to the Soul

What do they say about me when you look at mine?

Am I a person you would like to know?

If the Eye are the Window to the Soul

What do they say about you when I look at your

Are you a person that I may call Friend

If the Eye are the Window to the Soul

What secret do they Hold

Nicely composed, tells a good story. Idk if this was written before or after Your Eyes Tell A Story, but I think it's better. What do your eyes tell about your soul? How do they describe you. When you look somebody in the eyes, you feel like you know them, do you really? I have always believed so. Very nicely written.

If the eye's are the window to the soul. lovely. loved it. People......come in many colors. Just like the eyes of the soul. Peace

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
