stayin awake

  • Cultures come to conquer and their gods applaud.

stayin awake

waters
hemmorage, penetrating
manmade barriers.

further
into the darkness,
fear becomes real.

deeper
into the prison,
walls thicken.

but a peaceful freedom persists.

Internally insurmountable! Nice work. Thanks!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
