    Sue I Cide

    The message I'm sending
    My life is ending
    My heart is breaking
    Remembering the raping
    My dad is gone
    What did I do wrong
    I hate my life
    So I grab the knife
    I slice my wrists
    And make a fist
    Letting the blood drip
    My heart it did rip
    The razor sharpness
    I feel the darkness
    Feeling so numb
    What have I become
    The knife I'm using
    The drugs I'm abusing
    I see the rope there
    My life I can't bare
    I tie it tightly
    It's on my neck lightly
    I tighten the nouse
    I'm feeling so loose
    Everything is black
    But I can't go back
    I must finish the deed
    The beast I must feed
    My rope just twirled
    Goodbye cruel world

It seems like the simple solution is to just check out, however there's no coming back. This is our one and only shot at life. I spent a chunk of mine wrapped in sorrow, self loathing, and just general hatred due to the past. One day I let go, and moved on. I rock!! lol - thx for the entertainment lol

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
