    That Beautiful Day

I sat up all night, thinking of you.
I couldn't believe it, a feeling so true.
Your beautiful smile, and those pretty green eyes.
Just meeting you, what a wonderful surprise.
You changed my life, and softend my heart.
How many more days, must we be apart.
You give me a feeling, one that I've never felt.
A feeling that calms me, whenever in doubt.
When you speak to me, Im inspired to be.
Something so special, and greater than me.
What must it feel like, to hold you close.
What must it feel like, I really must know.
To touch those lips, and run my hand through your hair.
You take my breath away, you have me gasping for air.
I can't wait for the day, when you will be mine.
That beautiful day, just you and I.

All the fundamentals are here. A small confound at the end: If you are describing a day remembered because of another spending it with you, then the phrase should be "just you and me." But if it is remembered for what you did together then it should be "just you and I........" the I needs a transitive verb to follow it to be appropriate, or the mystery of ellipses.
