That Perfect Dreadful Day
“The sun is now going to hell
The moon is rising high,
Let me bid you farewell
Because soon I have to die.”
People kept saying those words to me
Right before they walked through the pearly gates,
They say those people are now free
But still it is too late.
I will now be able to see
How that perfect day
Turned out for me
But that was the only way
Still that perfect day
Went dreadful in most everyway.
