The Torment

Poem Commentary

This is somewhat a product of deep realization that resulted to being skeptical and having disbelief.

The Torment

The tasks done were thought to be right

Only to be blamed in the end with a swift strike

Emotions change from happy to sad mood

Clueless and completely misunderstood

Put all the efforts and try to explain

Some things will never be the same again

Cry a river and it’s useless to continue the talk

Where minds are closed and even locked.

Few more words and the heart is about to be broken

The clasped hands are now frozen

The temperature is going down and the cold is biting

Aching for something and hopeless to receive anything.
