THOSE IN THE IMAGE OF ME

Those In The Image of Me will behave as such:

For I Love, even when approached by those that hate.

Though it seems impossible to do, to the extreme this much,

Be reminded that the Kingdom of Heaven is truly at stake.

For I extended compassion, even when they weren’t deserving of it,

Fed them when they couldn’t possible feed themselves,

Added to them, not just clothing, but precious tailored rags to fit.

Asking nothing in return, but requiring that they surely give themselves.

To Those In The Image of Me,

I simply ask, that you practice and mirror the image that you see.

-GOD

This message from God is so clear. We must let God shine through us, so the world might know Who He is! We are the only Jesus some people may ever see. Keep it up!

This is so beautiful. So hard to love them that spitefully use you...But, He said,"Do it!" It's our reasonable service. If we are truly His children, we will take on the characteristics of our Father...just like in the natural, also in the spiritual. You show who your father is by how you act. God bless you.

You poetry must be my reminder from the Lord of the reason I truly am here. Nothing is by accident and this is so inspirational. Please check out my last poem, I AM HUNGRY WHAT CAN I HAVE? I start reading the poems of my online friends and this is the first one I read today. If this isn't a confirmation of what we're supposed to be doing I don't know what is. I am glad you are joining the ranks of writers and actors who spread his love. .

Thank you for your continued encouraging words.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
