    What Should I Do

I need to tell you something today
Could you take this time to hear me
I need to tell you about this feeling
Am I wrong to feel this feeling
For your friend fell head over heels
He fell into love with me long ago
For a part of me can’t say the same
As time went by and seeing you now
How can I tell your friend
That I have feelings for his friend
I know it will hurt him, for I feel the pain
For this feeling you don’t even know
But would you want to know how I feel
This feeling goes all to you
How can I tell you but how can I tell him
Would you even accept this feeling I have
For in the end it will be no other but me
At one time I will hurt your friend
At the same time I’ll give you what you been looking for
Should I just ignore it to save you both
But if I ignore this I will hurt you both
I will hurt your friend who loves me so
I will hurt you for not even telling you
I can’t seem to hurt anyone
Most of all I’m afraid you will not accept me
What should I do, What should I say
Should I do nothing at all, Should I not even say anything
Every time I see you, hear your words
This feeling just eats at me more
Should I set both of you free from me
I need help today, for I am lost

Very well written! I felt unsure as I read it in the same sense as you're not sure what to do in the situation. but from an outside stand point you should do what makes you happy.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
