    When Day is Done

     When Day is done,
    And the moon has punched a hole,
    High into the dark of night.
    Then this is the time for reflection.

    To look back on the day
    To see what I've done 
    Did I destroy whatever I did right...
    I must be at my life's intersection.

    The End of Days was prophesied
    It could be now, could it not?
    For sure, I have tried to follow your bidding.
    Either way, I did my best.

    Have I  not done what I could ?
    Did  I destroy where there was Love?
    Yes, to bring the beast into your prescence.
    Have I not put my heart to the Test?
