    Incapacitated

     Where in the world did love go?
    I asked that once when I felt betrayed
    by a loved one.
     
    Feeling alone in my misery,
     I tried to justify their denial.
    I just wanted their help.

    They were all busy,
    Working, playing....
    Wiling the night away. 

    What can I do to get them to care?
    I want my family to love me.
    I want to care.

    I know what to do.
    I will write them a poem...
    Then maybe that will inspire them lo love me,
    Again...

    I watched a woman yesterday caring for a group of mentally challenged adults, how did she do it. It was her job . It had to be more than a job, couldn't be enough money in the world for some folks to do what she was doing. She truly cared. Sometimes we all forget what really matters in the end. Care for even the least. At judgment day we will all be standing.
