    Why me?
    ive never hurt you
    or called you names
    never played with your head
    or stupid love games
    Why me?
    im no criminal
    i dont sell drugs
    I dont fight
    I just give hugs
    i mind my own business
    and take care of my life
    my weapon is a paper and a pen
     not a knife
    why me?
    i dont understand the reason for this
    the reason for being in this locked fortress
    i'm no murderer
    im a guitar player
    my broken heart made me miss
     the concert of slayer
    why me?
    i had plans a life to look forward to
    now im depressed with nothing to do
    this pain is intense
    tears drip from my eyes
    i guess it doesnt matter
    we were born to die

    Alot of people ask themselves this very question at some point in their lives, sometimes good people get mudd slung at them for no reason at all. Nice write you seem to have such a pure heart, and it comes through in your poems.

    Haha, that's all perception. I enjoyed your work very much, especially this one. You write something, and different people are going to take different things from it. And sometimes you write something that you're not too crazy about, but someone else finds an appreciation in it. Don't discount your work, it's great. Keep it up.

    Excellent write. I agree, the rhythm and flow was very nice. You've got alot of emotion in your work, which I enjoy. If you can take the space of a few lines and string a bit of a story along like you did; whether intentional or not, it makes for a very enjoyable read.
