  • It is a new year and I can't wait to read all my friends new poetry.

Poem Commentary

Fun with Nonet.

Wind Mills

Windmills stretch my imagination
casting shadows lit by sunlight
catching myths in downy dreams
upon wild windstorm clouds
dancing blades touching
rainbows fanning
quixotic
pipe dreams
fly.

Nice Work Sally! You certainly have a gift with being able to convey so much in so few words, I love the cadence and lay-out of the poem as well. Awesome job! :) Ken

This one you did it Sally. Carefully chosen words, strong ones, perfect ones and for the most part of it, each word flows smoothly, it fits where it should be.

A lovely piece, I remember the wind mills of Holland and we even have wind mills in the Philippines to generate electricity. Cheers
