    • I've been gone for quit some time but I'm back and ready to write more poetry.

    Wounds

     They say time heals all wounds,
    but this wound wont heal
    for everytime I think
    I'm getting better
    somone comes along
    and pulls off the bandaide.
    Its been a year
    since you went to heaven
    yet so many times
    it feels like yesterday
    the pain of losing you
    is just so strong.
    You were still just a kid
    only half ay thre
    chapter 21 on the book of life
    barley beging to get good.
    Some wounds are to deep
    they fester and infect
    and never seem to heal.
