    your neighbor

     if a destruction was to come into existence
    would you separate yourself from your neighbor?
    would you value them as your own?
    do they know your weaknesses
    so they can be your strength through a storm?
    if a fire were to burn your eyes
    it could be a neighbor with important eyes to guide you
    they could be the gentle hands to carry you
    when air doesn't break your fall
    there is "necessary" in this needing to have
    as skin is to bone
    and all that it homes in between
    keeping precious in the works of life
    how does your neighbor today?
    so you can do for your neighbor tomorrow

    I like the poem I like the title, the way it was put together the meaning and all it is saying, of course not to overlook the fact that it could be a very nice song just about life's exeperiences itself. Wish you well. grecowong@yahoo.com
