    Poem Commentary

    Even though I did not lose someone in 911, I believe that we need to remember those lifes lost and not forget what they ment to their family and loved ones.

    911
    Many times in history 
    things have happened that change ones life
    When 911 came up I was just getting to class
    Little did I know how fast time would change

    Lockdown was the word of the day.
    All classes where suspended by the way
    We spent the day in our small classrooms
    Wondering when the next strike would be

    Daring to breath
    Hoping to dream 
    Wishing all where safe
    knowing all was not well.
