A Deeper Walk

Father God in heaven

in life I'll walk with You

I want to go much deeper

in all I say and do

I want to know the wisdom

and the wonder of Your word

I'm holding tight to Jesus

and making Him my Lord

without You I am nothing

I know that it is true

with You I'm lifted higher

I'm going on with You

my eyes are stayed on You Lord

I keep You in my sight

for once I lived in darkness

but now I walk in light

a deeper walk with You Lord

is the desire of my heart

Your Spirits deep within me

never to depart

mold me Lord and craft me

into a vessel You can use

a seeker and a servant

this day is what I choose

I'm going deep with You God

lifes journey may seem long

but I'm walking it with You Lord

thats right where I belong!
