A Prayer To Father
Dearest Father,I lay on bed this evening just going through my papework. I decided to write you.
Everyday I call on you for your help, but not only for that reason. I call you to thank you for everything you have given to me and my family.
I am very grateful, although living in this world, life is a very big challenge.
Everyday as the sun rises, there are always new tasks to tackle.
Wether we tackle them within your foot step or we tackle them in another way.
I have been doing my very best to do things in your way. Whenever I catch myself saying something wrong, I would apologize within my breathe.
I do my prayers daily so that I can be strong within my faith and get closer to you, for I do know that you love me and that you are here for me.
I leave this prayer to you.
"Everyday I watch my actions, although my tongue
is hard to tame.
My feelings filled with positive, although my negative
puts me to shame
O'Lord I do my very best to walk within your reach
I do need your guidance daily to help me learn and teach
Life here on earth is really a terrible war
We would fight ourselves in battle, but I try not to go too far
Father, my needs call on you for your mercy & love
Please come to my aid and help me stay above
I love you Father and good night
I will talk with you again in the morning light."
