All That Is Left
All that is left of our love,Ten years from the day we first said hello,
Is a Thomas Kincaid plaque of Paris
In my second bathroom (I don't go into it very often)
Which you gave me before you knew
That I really don't like Thomas Kincaid stuff all that much,
But which I enthusiastically accepted
Because I love Paris and I loved you at the time.
Now all that is left of our love,
Ten years after we first said hello,
Is the Paris plaque in my second bathroom
Even though I really don't like
Thomas Kincaid stuff all that much,
I still love Paris.
You are gone, and the plaque,
Ten years after we said hello,
Is all that is left of our love.
