All Those that Wander

All Those that Wander

Upon some road
With some light
Some place
I should have never been
Never lived
But I am
Living, Breathing
Hurting, Bleeding
Bloody, Bad
Touching, Healing
Loving, Feeling
Looking, Searching
Giving, Teaching
Never Preaching
Only care
So much as to share
To share
The dark path
That I have cut to light
I fall
You walk on my bones
To a greater place
This is love.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
