    Always Together

    You've always been there
    I've heard your voice
    Although never seen your face
    Or know your name
But yet here we stand on these tracks
I close my eyes & theres your voice
I begin to count & feel that warmth
    One
Breathing calmly into the growing light
    Two
Feeling my heart race with wonder
    Three
Saying goodbye in my final moment with you

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
