    Autumn

Leaves transforming from green to yellow shade
Chill creeping into the night and morning air
Schedules slow their pace from summer rush
Daylight no longer dominant, losing advantage
Darkness not an enemy, but friend
Longer nights of peace and rest
Slow the pace of these wheels in my mind
Wheels that had great momemtum in summertime
Earth now turning at a different axle
Time to rotate to a new season
Time to dance to a new song
Hear the rhythm, feel the beat, it is now Autumn

I enjoyed this. Well done. Autumn is at the bottom of my list of things I dislike.
