    Darkness

    Darkness
Everyday she is breaking into pieces
Wanting to know why it want stop
Ready to run away from the pain
So tired of going so insane
With all the tears running down her face
Trying to hide the hurt and disappointment
    Wishing she wasn’t all alone
    Does it really show
OR is it a good act that she puts on
Not knowing what happiness really is
    Her world being so dark
Only wanting to see the light

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
