    Dazed and Confused

Open my eyes with crys and tears,
And I havent even realized all my darkest secrets and fears,
Ah but how good where those young years I suffered in vain,
When I sat alone and felt all of my pain,
Still life goes on and on and on and passes at the blink of an eye,
I find not willing to say good bye,
To what you might ask ,do I even know
Or am I addicted to the pain that in my heart is a flow,
Questions asked or anwsered at bay, Does it really matter anyway

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
