debt

i owe you for all the the hatred i feel when i am frustrated
i owe you for all the joy i feel when i make best

i owe you for all well meanings i misunderstood
i owe you for all the misunderstandings i have caused

i owe you

i owe you my misery my loneliness my dark dark thoughts
i owe you my elation my depression my highs and my lows

i owe you the way i have taught my children
i owe you the way i have mistreated my children
i owe you for the all the hope i have given others
i owe you for all the chastisement i have visited upon others

i owe you for all the things i have ever owned
i owe you for all the things i will never own

i owe you for the heights i am sure i am yet to reach
i owe you for the depths i am yet to fall

i owe you

WOW. That grips a sense of ironny in sense of dark humor and tragic mishaps we can have with people. Damn you have captured in words a topic that makes you think, great job.

i owe you my misery my loneliness my dark dark thoughts i owe you my elation my depression my highs and my lows i liked these lines.. time to get a parashute or a foam suit... don't fall glide and float fly better yet? *hands you a bungee cord* this way what goes down will bounce up

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
