Delicate Flower

Delicate Flower

amidst a field of firefly lilies/
a delicate flower has started to sprout/
though beautiful she has acquired the ability/
to shield away wild plants lurking about/
they would crowd her space and suffocate it/
she needs air and much space to grow/
because she delicate she can't be played with/
then the flower would become cold/
nurtured with sincere tender love and care/
and mental nutrients to store/
the flower would give the glow of a flare/
not even the blind could ignore/
it is a blessing to feel your presence/
inspiration is in your power/
illuminate the world with a radiant nubian essence/
DELICATE FLOWER!

very good write. the delicate flower is really a woman. i like the way you wrote it.

Poetry is what is lost in translation.
