    Destine

I am destine for greatness  it was written in the book. I strayed from my path on the way to adulthood. I forgotten who  I was because it was so easy to do. I kicked and I fought to run away from you. Catch me self if you can , catch me and place your hand. I am in the sorrows of yesterday. I am scared of what I might see, my inner me so shy not outspoken. I don't want her near me, I want her were I cant see. The plainness is nearing and I have to give in ,give in to me and that old destiny.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
