Your petals are made of essence
And colours that shines so bright
It's brilliance such a faithful friend
Even in the dark of the night.

Your leaves so green and fill with life
Your stem so straight and and strong
Your bud so full as they burst in bloom
Admired all through out the land.

In your garden you sway to and fro
Touched by the gentle breeze
Given to lovers full of joy
For reward, a tender squeeze.

In black, white , pink, yellow or red
Your services never wane
Touching your petals and budding head
Simple soothe heart aching pain.

So for awhile you are the king
Homage and sentiments voiced
So cute, so soft,Oh! such a pretty thing
