EYES...
Through my eyes
there is a secrecy of pain
common in those physically
yet insane for us mentally.
Through my eyes
I seek out fire, my fire
which has now grown into many uncanny explosions of despair.
I'm forced to face a reality unlike any other.
In my eyes...
Through my eyes
I fear the courage
the courage to speak and the courage to manage life's daily impact of me.
Still fears-- In my eyes are mindful expressions through ones will to withhold freedom within the soul, mine.
Through my eyes
the assumptions of society are clearly, shackles...
For I am looked upon more so than pure evil.
In their eyes, I'm shamed.
In my eyes...
I dream of once again being kind and open-hearted and loving and intelligent and beautiful and compassionate and courageous and fearless and inspiring and SANE.
Through your eyes, the opposite
through your eyes, mind challenged
through your eyes, not worthy of being a positive vessel in an already fucked up world.
In my eyes, I hurt
In my eyes, I suffer
In my eyes, I'm numb...
In OUR eyes, I will never overcome the depression that has overtaken all sense of who I am, who I was, and who I strive to be.
THROUGH OUR EYES...
there is a secrecy of pain
common in those physically
yet insane for us mentally.
Through my eyes
I seek out fire, my fire
which has now grown into many uncanny explosions of despair.
I'm forced to face a reality unlike any other.
In my eyes...
