FareWell Bride
Tags: | Edit Tags
A man sleeps under the stars
His bride is with him laying on his side
His face toward the sky
Underground, in a ditch; where they can’t be found
Two bodys are resting; in a peaceful slumber
Bride wakes up and walks away
Tired of her living, she searches for a change.
The man wakes up and saw she ran away
The man acquisition the where bouts.
Substance of thing hope for, the evidence not seen.
The man prays for bride to come back safely.
The stars fade into the day.
His holy jacket, vacillate in the wind
Continuing to walk with a purpose.
To be reunited with his bride; again.
Sadly to say his search has came to an end
Bride was found by a better lover.
The man watch as someone new petted her.
And leashed her with a brand new colored collar.
He opened the door to the back or his ride.
Bride hopped in with excitement; to ride.
The man watches as she drives by
She lets out a great big bark. One last time.
Its’ clear to the man what bride wanted.
A happy home and someone to love her.
