Leave the Sanctuary IntactMy idea for this thread is to post poems that rebel against urbanizing a natural area for development by corporations. "The Glen" is a poem I wrote on that subject. |

Re: Leave the Sanctuary IntactGreat thought Ginga! I cut timber for a short time, and had to quit because of the way it made me feel (no knocks on any timber cutter's out there). I hated to see those trees fall. Anyway, I realize that a certain amount has to be done, but there should be some sanctuary where wildlife is safe - at least from a chainsaw and a department store. Thanks for posting this thread. I will try to write a poem as well. Thanks. |
