AMERICAN WOMEN…WE THANK YOU

In many cases, Men just never take the time to show appreciation
Women up fixing our breakfast and rushing to fix dinner in the evening
Some men take it for granted as if it were your sworn duty or obligation
All the while, you are doing what you can to please without saying a thing

It is so hard working eight hours a day and coming home to even more
Without your strength more of our children would be in jails or deceased
Great American Women you have what it takes of that you can be sure
Stepping up when many positive opportunities for your men has decreased

Women, there are American Men who appreciate the sacrifices you make
Knowing without Great American women, we would be, all but destroyed
With demanding jobs, you find time for our children and to cook and bake
Now with the Iraq War, it is worse with many Good Men being deployed

Hold on my Great American Sisters you can be sure, help is on the way
Men are quickly realizing that this death and destruction is no accident
They are realizing it will take teamwork to save our young people today
Before long, the majority of our American Men will start to represent

Taxi Drivers, Police Officers, Teacher, Bus Drivers, Women do it all
You drive, catch the bus, cabs, and get hacks to get our children to school
Doctors, Nurses, Lawyers, Principals, Preachers, you answer every call
Whoever thought American Women were just weaklings, had to be a fool

Fight is not over American Women but thanks to your strength, we will win
Whatever you do, do not give up on yourselves and do not give up on us
American Men and Women working together, our children we can defend
In one another, it is time to rebuild Love, Respect, Unity, Support and Trust

Women, those Men who do understand are working hard on those who do not
You are proving to America everyday that to your Nation you are loyal and true
Thanks to you, many of our children are getting an education and not being shot
For your efforts GREAT & BEAUTIFUL “American Women…We Thank You”

TALKING LOUD BUT DOING NOTHING

African American Men and Women are really great people
They work hard trying to raise their families the right way
To do the best for children they climb the highest steeple
Always monitoring carefully what their children do and say

Sadly, we have more males and females than Men & Women
Our males and females do nothing but run their mouths and drink
Way males and females are neglecting our children is a real sin
Yes, Men and Women can but males and females, cannot think

Every day, due to males and females children are needlessly dying
Men and Women let us open the eyes of useless males and females
African American males and females stop all the bull jiving and lying
Start saving money for your children’s education, not for their bails

Cared more about Michael Jackson’s death than about local children
Had Michael Jackson been shot, you would be protesting for weeks
Children have very few Men and Women on whom they can depend
Adults, it is our love, support, guidance and protection children seeks

July 2nd 2009, Baltimore, Maryland a five-year-old girl shot in the head
Let us see if Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson will be out lending support
Detroit, Michigan, 7 young teens shot near bus stop and left for dead
males and females, this non-leadership role you need to, quickly abort

Our adults and children are not safe in or out of their homes these days
Children dying, should make males and females MEN and WOMEN
At the worthlessness of many so-called African Americans, I am amazed
Come on, wake-up and become someone our young people can depend

This is not some game that being played on African Americans, it is REAL
The fact that we are dying more than any other race should not be surprising
Wake-up and give ourselves and our children a future, we can see and feel
So-called adults ignore the situations, just “Talking Loud But Doing Nothing”

Children Need MEN & WOMEN…Not Just a male Or female

AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN…WE THANK YOU

Preachers, Doctors, Nurses, Lawyers, Politicians, you answer every call
Whoever thought African American Women were weak, had to be a fool

The fight is far from over Sisters but thanks to your strength, we will win
Whatever you do, do not give up on yourselves and do not give up on us
African American Men and Women together, our children we can defend
In one another, it is time to rebuild Love, Respect, Unity, Support and Trust

Sisters, Brothers who truly understand are working hard on those who do not
You are proving to America everyday that to your Race you are loyal and true
Thanks to you, many of our children are getting an education and not being shot
OUR TRULY GREAT & LOVING, “African-American Women…We Thank You”
