Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

Here is my humble offering;
***************************************************************************
Consummation

The feast is prepared;
The union is consummated,
The bride passes through the
hinterdoor and on through
the netherdoor as
Groom prepares
to meet nishama
of his glorious bride.

This is the feast;
In transient shell
which is mortal body
to be translated
in less than the
eye's flutter; as the
golden bowl is shattered
as bride-to-be partook

at the feast; she is
everybit the woman
everybit the mother
everybit the mima
everybit the healer
everybit the referee
every bit the friend
everybit the poet;

But now for the feast as
alas, there is no more verse
as He takes the pen from her
hand since it is time
for the feast; Arise!!!
Out the hinterdoor
Through the netherdoor
Into the banquethall...

Take your place
for it is time
for the feast!

(Dedicated To JeanieBlue)

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

Jeanie is taking a turn for the worst, thought she might be able to go home, but that is not going to happen now, it's more of a count the days now, every day is a little weaker, I don't think she has much time now, which is so sad, she will be missed by all who love her and the lives she has touched. I will continue to let everyone know how she is doing till the end, thanks for the prayers. Rick

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

By the sounds of it she has days, not many, all prayers are needed more than ever as she slips away from this world and enters a better place, one without pain and sickness. one in which she will be in the light, and can now watch from above and see those she cares about, thanks Rick PHOENIX,, your support has been exceptional, and of the poems I did manage to send her she says Thanks..

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

She Is Going Home

Church bells ring
To mark the our
Her eyes are growing dim.
Tears fill the one that care for her
At all the pain she's in.

The angels all start singing
As they gather round.
She smiles at the sound
The angels are all joyful,
Bringing a relief to her pain.

A light surrounds her,
A great golden glow
A smile graces her mouth
For she knows
She is going home.

The last bell echos,
Her eyes start to close
Her loved ones are all grieving,
She is gone without a sound
But they are happy knowing
She has made it home...

She will be in all of my prayers. If God calls her home, just remember, she will suffer no more pain or tears and she will smile down on you from above until you meet again!

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

She is fading fast, Her phone calls last about 1 minute before she is exhausted, she calls me now as I can't call her, her wishes. she needs her rest. I fear that the calls will not be lasting much longer and the light that shown will no be upon this earth much longer, which for me is a great loss, only compensation is she will not be suffering any more, Love is what keeps her going, right up to the end and beyond, some thing I will never lose for her. With honor and love a cherished memory Ii will hold onto for the erst of my life.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

I am fearing the worst, as I have not spoken to her now for 2 days, she said their will be a time when she might not be able to call , I know her strength even to talk for a few minutes was shrinking, And I honor her request that I not call but wait for her to contact me, so I wait,
I thank all for their prayers and support during this time, for her and her family, thank you and God bless. Rick

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

I just finished crafting this piece; it is all of 15 minutes old. I have not stopped crying since I conceived it-ever since my beauriful, glorious angel Terry passed on March 31, 2007, I have not done very well with imminent death. I have just now posted this on my page.
************************************************************************ Kyrie 6 (The Living Verse)

Your fading frame becoming worse,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue:
Your life is lived in living verse,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue:
We intercede both near and far,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
We celebrate all that you are,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Traversing trial of mortal pain,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Loosed from life's oppressive chain,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Arise and heed the welcome call,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Your place is in the Banquet Hall,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Beyond the temporary curse,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
We celebrate your living verse,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
Resonating clear and true,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue;
That living verse is Jeanie Blue,
In love upholding Jeanie Blue.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

Hello,

I am sorry to hear about your friend. May she be in peace when the lord calls her home. I hate the word Cancer, as I should know it well enough. I had it several years ago and then thought it was back again, but thank God it was not. I live one day at a time as we all should do we never know when our life here will be over.
Prayers are with you and your family.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

My prayers go out to you and Jeanie, in her time of illness. May the Lord touch her and give her abiding peace. I wrote this poem I would like to share.

YOUR FRIENDSHIP

From the past to the future,
Friends forever we shall be;
For your smile, and the kindness,
That you've always shared with me.

The friendship you have shared,
With me in these past years;
Will forever be remembered,
As well as the goodbye tears.

So now going into the future,
Remembering the friendship we shared;
May God's blessings always be upon you,
For showing someone like me,
YOU CARED.

Phoenix,
I am sorry to hear that your friend is losing her fight with cancer,but pray that God will bless her with an easier transition to a much better place when the moment arrives.I also pray
that God will provide healing for you and her family and allow all,who have known her to
remember her for all of her uniquely wonderful qualities.May God richly bless you with many pleasant memories of moments shared with her.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

No words are there,
a tear has no sound.
Friends are rare,
see-how many she has found!

She looks in the eyes.
She is aware of the pain,
please,dear God,
she whispers,
not in vain
give them strength
once in Your arms I fly. downer

From=Emenence:

I know u don't know me but I wish her well...I've learned in life that when it's time for a loved one to go ,be happy for those who are leaving...cause it's not easy time on this planet for most of us!
"I've lost a wife,2 brothers & several members of my family" and I'm the baby of the family! So what I'm trying to say is stay strong for her and just be strong and remember that she wants you to be happy in rememberance of her!!! Ok!!

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

He has provided a home for us all.

God's House

I will build His house near the well,
A roof of fragrant lotus blossoms.
And trellis of chrysanthemum; a floor of purple shells.
Juice of scented honeysuckle stew upon the tapered walls.

Rafters of cinnamon and beams of orchids sweet.
Pillars of magnolia and joints of angels breath.
With woven fig leaves I make; A tapestry of curtains veiled.

With bundles of split daffodil, lattice I will make.
And the portals will be marbled jade.
Hyacynths will exhale perfume scents;
The iris woven to a tapestry.

Thousands upon thousands of tulips fill the garden;
Sweet herbs hanging from the door.
Finished now in loveliness; To Heaven it will soar.

God Bless,
Mrgee

To the Poets (friends of Jeanieblue)

I, the dream-weaver,

hold your words in my hands

entwining them into fine silk and pure linen.

I, the dream-weaver,

weave your words into tapestry

placing them over her bed in love.

I, the dream-weaver,

form your words into canopy

cascading down to shelter her from storm.

I, the dream-weaver,

inscribe your words on the night-sky

and illumine her pathway to heaven.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

a voyage is a lonely thing
to leave and change the scene
it's all about adventure and daring
to face the not so ordinary
When we have no choice
it makes it all seem so easy
to stop, say goodbye and depart
on life's next, last, phase
We are uneasy about finality
but its been done so often before
that it is not a block but a mystery
to be accepted and then move on.
We all get there.

Re: A TRIBUTE TO JEANIEBLUE A Member Who is losing her fight with Cancer

Today sat. 19th I heard from her daughter, she is weak can still talk a little, can't use a phone anymore, some things she says are not quite right and they believe the cancer has now gone to her brain, As always i want to thank everyone for there poems and prayers. and please dont stop, I will be mailing the newest ones downs this week, her daughter said she will read them to her in one of her more lucid moments, And when the time comes that she will take that final trip to heaven, I will let all know. Again Thanks to everyone, Rick (PHOENIX)
