Out to Sea

Why do People go to "out to sea?"

There are two planet earths.
Land planet.
Water planet.

Some people like the water planet,
so they go to sea.

When you go to sea
you take little with you ;
you must leave most things behind.

Things bind us to land.
Leaving them behind ,frees us;
so we go to sea.

You don't have to go far to be out to sea.
Just a few yards into the ocean or the bay swimming,
is " out to sea "
As soon as you cast a boat off the beach
you feel " out to sea".

If your body is in the water , or in a boat
and you can look back towards land , then
'you are "out to sea" and this is all it takes
to get the feeling.

I recently went "out to sea", in a very small boat
around New York City, Manhattan Island. We could see
the Empire State Building for most of our seven hour
journey; but we felt " out to sea".

Now my body is back on land;
buy my dreams are still " out to sea"

The Ocean

Drained let go
touch me refreshing sunshine
hold me passion of sound
like a piano play the tones
I need of soundscapes
escape as your feet touch
the soft cushion of the
mother that holds the earth
then when the tones
release the world of court and jury
bring us Utopia.
