The Helm of the Silence Machine

A lone window-rapper, a dark curtain-flapper,
a voice for the frustrations of the night.
A soul, bargain-priced, turned poltrigiest,
have longings? have wrongings? have rights?
a guilt-shrouded face smeared with disgrace
grown long from a marginal life,
but oh! such a splendid life,
and oh! such a bountiful life!
oh...what a marginal life...

stripped of flesh, love and bone
left only conscience, and alone

RE: recomend a title, and then complete!

We heard a window tapping, couldn't believe what was happening
Chills ran through our skin, and gave us such fright.
A ghost, in the old library, witnessed at night.
We are curious, so curious, we want to go inside.
Come on, lets sneak in, and check out the place.
Wo, are you to scared, drippin with fear?
I know I heard it, and so did you, dear
come on yall, look, there's a window to go through.

Ancient writings written on paper and stone
In this life it clearly is to each their own.

(I think this should be a haunted old library off in the country.)

The Helm of the Silence Machine

Be not quite, lets do stir, all the ghosts to occur
Ghosts like to hide in places with art inside
If you value your life, take out your pocket knife?
I want to see a ghost, I do, it will be a sight
I haven’t seen one, plus I get to much sleep at night.
This maybe the most haunted place
I can tell, you’re scared, by the look on your face
The Ghosts may give us a chase

The names of the spectra’s are unknown
For we shall visit them so lets do roam

(what do you think of this, The Helm of the Silence Machine???pm on that)

The Helm of the Silence Machine

Feel that coldness whir, feel that, I feel murder?
Why do they call it library, is it all a lie?
Rumors are told that old woman dance with delight
when they killed their husbands with arsenic pie
Did you hear that scream, cuss, this isn't a dream?
Oh God, my pants is wet
I can feel someone watching me, look at you sweat
Look, over there by the cabinet

Crap, we disturbed their silence in their home
I'm freakn, frak'n scared from the groaning groans

RE: recomend a title, and then complete!

as the moon rose in the star lite sky
the dead came forth as time slowly ticked by
we ran from the moans with great dispair and speed
to the exit! as I took lead
and there in the door stood the dead
in her hands a sword and a head
blood dripping in slow sanguine drips
i look back just to see that my friend trips

The Helm of the Silence Machine

My head hit the bench, my blood, is now a stench
I see what you see, I feel sick and dizzy
We are to dam load, we disturbed the dead crowd
They have us in here trapped, we need to be slapped
Like those before us we're going to die
Look out behind you, Oh my God. run dude
We have to do something, so stop crying
Shut your dam lips, before we're in a our crypts

In case you don't know, use the silent tone
Before we are all dead silent to the bone

Black cloak with tatters streaming,
He slowly turns the wheel.
In his wake the screaming
of souls he'll plan to steal.
He listens to the thumping
as bodies strike the hull.
Full moon reveals the features
of
a bleached white human skull.

A chuckle of mirth
for the pain caused on earth
As he happily surveys the scene.
No offer of aid
to the desperate pleas made.
From the helm of the silence machine

From the bowels of his ship cry the spirits
lost souls he will never set free.
As the last living breath slowly dwindles
Death's disciple will bring misery.

The Room Upstairs

From the room upstairs comes a rattle and flutter as the rain beats on the outside window pane. Somewhere in the dark of night , I wonder if the little girl will visit here again. She's such an imp a little scamp with long brown ringlets in her hair. Her eyes like the emerald hills far below. I'm the new occupant of this grand old manner, as the Irish Ilies are calling me home. I have not a worry. I need not be afraid. I have answed the call, My grandmother follows me from room to room as dose my mother the little girl. Calling me home! Calling me home! Calling me home once more.

From the Helm of the Silence Machine

I think Johnny’s right, we need to turn on the lights.
I think we need to read, then the haunting may recede
I think ghosts like poems, maybe they will glow them
Let’s stick together, these ghosts seem clever
Don’t show them fear, then they may not appear
The one by the door, she was truly gore
There is drops of blood on the floor
Ok lets read in silence, and be very quite

The Ghosts of this library has truly shown
The Blackness is a cloak, the Devils clone

Room With No Windows

Round and around and around we go. Where it stops nobody knows. It's hard not to lose control, in a room with no with no windows. Up and down we search the walls. Seen nothing ,but we've seen it all. Nothing left to recall in a room with no windows

This has nothing to do with what you guys wrote, I just thought it was funny - enjoy

At the helm of the silence machine
the noise maker awaits
ready to shatter the calm
with the glorious sound he creates

A single flip of the switch
the machine now offline
from the depths of his lungs
comes that horrible whine

All bow before him
as he sings his magical tune
covering their ears in horror
hoping it ends soon
