Giving My All
Everyday, I’m giving my all
Just to satisfy you but what’s the reason for it all
You don’t appreciate the things I do
You don’t love me the way that you use to
Maybe for once if you’d open your eyes
Then maybe you would come to realize
That it is not always about you
Even if we were as one its still us two
But why am I still stuck here giving my all
Going in circles for no reason at all
I thought we’re suppose to be in this together
But I guess I see with you, we could never
They say things in time will change
But it seems that you remain the same
And I don’t want to put up with the strain
Because I’m so tired of the pain
And I wonder why I let myself get into this position
Thinking you were the one for me but what a foolish decision
But through it all you can say it’s a lesson I’ve learned
So my feelings for you I’m no longer concerned
Because I gave you my all
But now I’m taking it back
And I’m going on with my life
And I’m not turning back…
