Grandma
Dear Grandma,
How
are things going? I hope everything's all right. I still think about
you most days and always, every night. I still talk to you , out loud,
when things are going bad. I know you can hear me and it takes away the
sad.
How are Grandpa and the rest of the family? Do your wings fit
o.k.? I hope I'm living a good enough life so I can see you again one
day.
I know you all watch me. I can feel you around. I just wish you could let me know weather or not I'm making you proud.
My
kids are all growing up fast as I'm sure you can see. It would have
been wonderful if they could have known you, like me. I tell them
about you and that you were a special lady. What I would give to hear
you sing "K-K-K Kati".
Mom gave me your ring. I'm sure you know that too. It made me feel special to have something that important to you.
I
have to go now grandma. I've got an early morning coming soon. I just
thought I'd drop a line to say " I love you June Balloon!"
