    Poem Commentary

    I was baptised this past January after a major lifestyle change. This poem just came to me when i was writing the speach i had to give before the baptism.

    Help Me GOD

     Help me GOD,to learn of you
    To really get to know you
    To teach my children of you
    So that we may feal your love.

    Help me GOD, to live the way
    I know that I should live
    To bask in the glory of your light
    So that I will never be lost.

    Help me GOD, to cast away
    All my doubts and fears
    To turn my back on all past sins
    And truly live again.

    Help me GOD,with all these things
    For I know this is the time
    To find myself and shine.
