I breathe... I walk...

Poem Commentary

-I wrote this as a means to vent out some Old-Emotions... to let go sort of speak. Sometimes you live, love, and learn... I guess this is my metaphor for that... and how one comes out of the storm.

I breathe... I walk...

Shadows fall in this tender night,
Like the deep eclipse that hunts the moon-
            Shivers the night.
Oh how grand this is
Here I am- a dwarf looking up as high as the sky
Thinking too much; 'how could she be the one...?'
   Then, all scarred and
Swept away and there I fall to finally breathe again.

        This is the reality's cost,
Not all is profit, sometimes there's loss.
I'm just glad I can stand up and walk... walk tall.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
