    I CAN SEE

Finally the blindfold has been taken off
    My eyes are unveiled
    I see the light
The grass is greener on the other side
Scared to look because I've been blinded for so long
    Unable to percieve my dreams
Disabled from putting these images into perspective
Foreign to my sight and once stuck in my imagination
    I see it now

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
