I Love You
You know that I love you
Which is absolutely true
You know that I love you
Which is why I would do anything for you
I would stay with you for hours,
saying nothing on the phone.
I would walk in the pouring rain,
all the way to your home
I said I would be happy as long as you were,
and that's what I mean.
I'm your best friend,
and that's what you've always seen.
But of all the times that we have said "I love you"
this is what I know:
You love me, and I love you
But truely being in love with each other is sadly something we will never know
