    It will be Okay!

     Don't go under and drown in your tears. Rise up to the surface ...
    catch a deep breath, exhale, close your eyes
    and let the sun dissipate your despair in the air.

    Keep treading and move forward.

    That's better. Now start a new day and swim to shore.
