    Just One

    I always wondered
    Why do they hurt me?
Do they like to see me cry?
    Or
Do they just think it's fun?
    No matter the reason
    I just want one
    Who will never
    Even try
    To do anything wrong
    Who will not haunt me
For the rest of my life
From the pain and sorrow they have caused.

    This is really emotional.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
