Good Morning You,

        Looking good today and all is going to be well. But, I wanted to remind you of somethiings and it is not to make you feel bad but we need to have a talk. Remember last New Year's Resolution. What happen? It lasted three...two days. What about last week, better yet lastnight? You have made some great efforts to help everyone else reach their goals and not once have you considered yourself. Today I am telling you to DO YOU!!!! For the first time get up today set a goal for you to follow through on. Go to the store and think of yourself. Go to work and resquest a ME day. DO SOMETHING FOR YOU!!! I had to talk to you before you put on you daily mask and act like you not infected with your past and not effected by your present state. See, lastnight while taking a shower you cried and couldn't stop. Your heart leaked and your eyes poured out what your mouth would never say. Today before you exhale again to hold it all day...think!!!! Think about what  you going to do when you go another day without acknowledging you exist and you matter!!! Do you put on the mask today or are you going bare to the world YOU? Bueatiful, vibrant, loved, sucessful, purpose driven, and destiny propelled. I want to see the you  that love hard on others return to favor to yourself. This is me talking to you. This is you listening to me. This you standing in the mirror on monday morning torn between you and I. What if I tell you...I AM YOU? What if I tell you, I AM YOU.
