A man came from Jerusalem to the sea of Galiee
performing many mircles for the people to see
gathered his disciples along the way
knowing he would be , betrayed one of these days.

Tempted by Satan with power and greed
get thee away Satan and Satan did heed,
the things he had to offer Jesus did not need.

Jesus met the woman at the well
told her everything she'd ever done
he said the way to heaven was through his fathers doors
then he said leave and sin no more.

Jesus raised the dead through his father name
but what they done to Jesus was a crying shame
nailed him to a piece of tree
because he came here to save you and me.

Place a crown of thorns upon his head
pireced his side to make sure he'd be dead
thunder roared and the sky shook as the heavens opened up
took the spirit of Jesus as Jesus gave it up
forgive them father, they know not what they do
oh father i forgave them in the name of you]in the name of you.
