Marriage

After all is said and done,

Before the church and every one.

Causing time to stand still,

Daring the effects of loves thrill.

Elope no one will know.

Finding a new life for you and me.

Eventually we all will end up happy.

Dismayed we hope there are none.

Counting our blessings, we are united as one.

Because in time we pray we never cry,

And have zero chances to say good bye.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
