Memorial Day
A soldier stands holding a rifle in one hand; family picture in the other, tears streaming remembering lost sisters and brothers. The crowd begins to gather for the tribute of the fallen, the newest member of the heroes have left his family bawling.
Men and women leave for duty not sure of their return, they do it for our freedom; so the flag will fly and not burn.
Remember the vets who have lived through the fight, remember the heroes still guarding our country at night.
