    Memorys of hello and goodbye

    As I stared at her,
    I could see the reflection
of the Universe in her eyes.
    Blue~Green speckles of light
    swaying in a tribal dance.
Planets trapped within their grasp, implode in convulsions.
    Spewing rivers of lust,
and casting tears of satisfied longing procured.
    Her heart ached.
I could perceive it, weeping to me...
    Her first words spoken,
    soft, fragile, like
    a newborn in your arms.
Unknown to her, my love, transformed in angelic form,
walks by her side, on her journey to salvation, enlightenment.
Some lessons are best learned alone.
    In my silence, her face...
Confusion of a cautiously coiled curiosity.
    Within her bewilderment, a warmth
    of understanding, spreading
    knowledge, through out
    her douse wisdom.
A unknown promise, created between to energetic beings.
Two complete souls, ragged, from trials and tribulations of love past.
    Merging...
Hands held in time. A energetic grip linked by the planets,
feeding off one another, to regenerate the flesh of love.
    Power regained...
    Energy sustained.
    Life is within the moment.
    The merge, dateless.
    Two storms converging, like
    a Hurricane swirl,
    of cloud~less flesh.
    Thunder by her cry,
    Lighting by my sigh.
Our breath, the wind, that drives us
Our beating hearts, the source, feeding the force.
    Naked truth.
    My hand motions to
blur, the salty saline of pain.
    Instinct of the animal...
pain bites the hand of love.
    Instinct of lust, pleasure...
    The poison spreading within.
My open kiss consuming her soul with each
    inhaling breath, with each stroke.
Tongues in a soft, slow, synchronized,
    slope of slithering sex.
    She, the cure.
    I was her enlightenment,
    intertwined in worship.
    All paths taken,
    each rock unturned.
    Every laugh recorded.
Her one smile, embedded in the stars.
Her legs, wrapped around my waist,
the force of a black hole,
    pulling me within... Spontaneous combustion.
The winds calm to a summer like breeze,
    whispering, encore.
    The stars flicker in applaud.
    The grass beneath us,
    saturated in our lathering exertion,
    Exchange...
As we turn our faces, the deep orange light of sunrise
slows its pace, as it kisses her flesh,
    moist and rich with love.
    Vapors, ascending from her skin.
    Blue~Green skies, yet it rains,
    cleansing us, preparing us
    for the new day.
She has seen with my eyes,
I have smiled with her smile...
    One last kiss...
    Our embodied goodbye.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
