    Mistaken Identity

In my dreams I thought I saw a man I knew. So I ran up to him, calling his name but he never turned around.

I thought to myself how could he ignore me like that. By the time I got to him I realized he was not the person I thought he was.

To think I was so sure, how could I have been so wrong? He walked like him, he was built like him. I would have almost bet on it.

Because he took my breath away, he made me dream about how great life could be, and at the sametime make me think I was th eonly one in the world.

    OOPS my bad Mistaken Identity

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
