Morning Rush
Morning Rush
It was a cloudy windy day, outside.
When she was morning for the day,
That is until she read a message,
That lid her up inside.
She wasn’t sure what to do.
She wasn’t sure what to say.
Only that she hasn’t seen him,
For quite sometime.
He used to be in her heart.
But now there just plain friends.
Time after time she would admire him.
But only to realize it was just a dream.
His dashing hazel eyes made her blush.
The touch of his skin gave her goosebumps inside.
She could hear the wind outside call their names.
His voice was so passionate,
Gently it made her soft inside.
Still, they went on until it was no more.
She held him tightly in her arms.
For she, didn’t want to let go.
He just shouted and shouted.
She could have sworn her ears had popped.
A couple of hours have pasted.
It was all over, like a big wild bang.
It’s been a long time since,
She’s felt comfortable in her own skin.
She quickly had to get back to her day.
He gave her one last kiss.
He gave her one last hug.
And said; till next time my dear.
“Sorry for this mid morning rush .”
